Fix your mistake

1. I had a credit facility in 2017 2. I had a loan in 2017

That I haven’t paid in 3years or so to date

I went to the pretoria van der waldt bank/branch to check on how much is outstanding and if i can make arrangements and i was advised the below:

1. Loan is fully paid and i must contact the call center to get a paid up letter 2. I made contact and was provided with the paid up letter immediately for the loan 3. I was asked that my credit facility has an outstanding debt of R133.00 or so and i asked the consultant to take money from my account and pay the credit facility. 4. money was taken to pay the facility and it was ‘closed’ as fully paid on the system and i must wait for a paid up letter

I haven’t received any paid up letter for the credit facility and when i follow up i am being told something different that my account was sold to a third party which initially i was advised that all my accounts are closed as fully paid

Please sort this out.
