Fix my account!!

Capitec bank can you please assign someone who knows their work to contact me and let me know what can be done with regards to my brother who's in Russia who can't access his bank account!!! Yesterday you got someone to call me and that lady gave me an email address that's non existent :( :(!!!! Who does that?? That's very disappointing for a big banking company like yours. Please do what is right before you lose customers!!!
