After I accidentally loaded airtime to someone else unaware I went to the branch to find out. <br> Khutso went an extra mile to prove that I didn't load the airtime on my account.<br> He made a call to verify the number and told me that it was my fault. <br> I was impressed by the way he made me see where I made a mistake when loading the airtime.
