Filthy and slow

I was at Capitec Bank in Alexander. The place is dirty, most of the staff there are so unprofessional, sloppy and untidy. Its an open plan kind of office, very small, stuffy and very dirty. I have lost my bank card and I needed to get another 1, I got there at about 4:30pm and was there till17:45 or so. I was assisted by a lady named Thabiso, whom I asked why was their service so slow, she attacked me by saying I needed to follow the rules of their bank and that is how things are done at their branch. she dragged her feet all the way to the printer to get the printed card and back. The service received in this branch was without doubt very POOR!!!I am eve considering changing banks.<br> Thank you.
