FICA Threat

Woke up this morning to a very threatening sms from Capitec Bank basically I have 24 hours to be Fica compliant else Capitec is going to block my account I won't lie I panicked I was given 2 options go to the branch or use the app. After chatting to a rude agant via Facebook I updated my details pressed OK and that was it all that fuss all the threats just for that. This left a sour taste in my mouth so I emptied the account and moved to another bank was glad I did this because I found out they block your account either way.
