FICA Nightmare

I received an SMS to say my account was stopped due to FICA requirements on 22/02/2016. I visited the branch the next day with my proof of residence and ID, they were not willing to accept the letter I had from my husbands employer verifying that we reside on the property he owns. I opened my account 6 years ago with such a letter and all other financial institutions accept this as proof of residence. I returned the next day with more documents just to be shown away again. Today I visited the branch for the last time, they accepted my documents and whilst processing my documents, queried the letters \PTN\" on the utility bill. I explained it stood for \"Portion\". They contacted their head office as they did not know how to capture the address stipulated on the Eskom account whereafter they told me that they could not use these documents as my proof of residence. Surely PTN is a well know abbreviation? The fact that they keep telling me that I need a letter from the ward council as proof of residence, annoys the daylights out of me. How does this ward counselor verify my address. Now I am stuck, can not access my funds, funny..Nedbank will accept the same Docs they refused."
