fica document

Went to capitec at absa building in germiston to open an account.the proof of address that I had was an emailed statement from Mr Price which their statement doesn't have an attachment.the lady advised me that they want one that had an attachment.I even opened my emails to show her how it gets send,also requested to send her my POA to her work email address which she refused.what happened to going an extra mile.she told me I had to go look for Internet cafe n print out my proof of address which we could have send it on her WORK email to save time ...service sucks
