felt unimportant
For 2 weeks I could not transfer or use my money, then I got an sms from the bank saying I need to update my details with them and I should bring my id document and my proof of address..Today, the 30May 2015, I took the letter from one of the retail stores that I have an account with, my id document and went to the bank.On arrival I was told by the lady supervisor there that the letter that I brought does not serve as a proof of address even though it showed my physical address, and I also explained that all other letters or statements, all my othermails goes to my postal address and my water bill only comes once in three months ad I do not have the latest in the house. She still refused to help me, When I told her how unhappy I was, as this was inconvenience for me as a customer who works 6 days in a week, where will I get another chance to do this, she encouraged me to close my account with them, she explained that I can draw my money from the atm NOW, right then.i told her my money is more than R15000.00, she said its fine they will increase my limit...seriously ! Can a normal person draw so much on ATM unplanned? On an unactivated account still? Why is she chasing me away?
