Feeling cheated

<p>I accidentally paid takealot twice then I immediately went to my nearest capitec branch to reverse the second payment . I now know this isn't possible but apparently the bank staff at the lakeside branch doesn't because a hefty reversal fee and several weeks later I was left with nothing but frustration and anger . I managed to resolve the issue within 24 hours by myself though . Leading me to believe that your tellers as just going through the motions . </p>
