Feel Capitec not doing there work
I had what I believe was my card cloned and they took money out my account twice in a matter of min before U could stop my card. As soon as the back opened about after the money was took. They where very helpful at the branch but when they spoke to the ***** department I was told they can't do anything so all the money is lost. They did give me a new card and send me on my way after paying for it. I know that's wrong but they say it's lost really not happy as I'm also not working at the moment and really have to turn every sent around.

20 Jun 2025, 08:08So this is again me not being happy with Capitec. Less then a week since my first time money got taken from my account 29 may at 18:36 the money was taken from my account and showed the same place it was taken the first time. This is after I got a new card and a new pin. Again the ***** department **** it down so I took it to the complaint department. Like I said in my last post the did resolve the matter of the first complaint but now they gave a reason that I don't understand and feel is really not making any sense. I am sorry but I am to afraid to use my account becouse Capitec I feel can keep my money safe
