Feedback from capitec regarding people who stole their money using my account
Capitec bank got back to me only to tell me that I need to pay them back even though I am not the person who stole their money.Since the ****mer apparently used my pin without my knowledge they say I must pay them and I can go anywhere I want with this matter,i can consult with my lawyers or go to Ombudsman with this matter,the fact remains:they want their money.Apparently I must work with the police myself to find whoever did this,they wont get involved.So in short Capitec bank said 'Go to hell'.

30 May 2023, 19:16Don't bank with Capitec if you love your money guys!!I am warning you..I am still liable to pay them back the money that was ****** by a ****mer!!!!!They know it was ****** and they said there is nothing they can do,THEY WANT THEIR MONEY BACK.I AM SO BROKEN,I CANT EVEN AFFORD IT.
I KNOW THEY WILL RESPOND HERE AND SAY THEY WILL CALL AND FIX IT,THEY DON'T DO IT.MY CHILD HAD TO QUIT SCHOOL BECAUSE I CANT AFFORD IT,CAPITEC IS TAKING IT ALTHOUGH I DDNT USE IT.
RUN AWAY FROM CAPITEC BANK!!! MAYBE NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TO YOU NOW BUT TRUST ME ITS COMING.THEIR SAFETY MEASURES TOWARDS OUR MONEY IS BAD THIS DAYS.YOU WILL REMEMBER ME.
