Feedback from capitec

I wrote a review about capitec Bank on the 13 of August I purchase R30 airtime for my mtn number that I used since 1999, thanks to capitec for giving me feedback but I have a huge problem they telling me that I purchased the airtime i used wrong number, I am sure I used correct one, it went off from my bank account I will not argue for R30 and I spoke with 2 consultants at mtn Thando and Charity they took their time to do the research that its not with them the fault is with capitec and when I went on line so many people were complaining about same thing what's the point of having capitec mobile app, I am not happy about the feedback I am given by capitec running around for R30 airtime
