I would like to thank you Hellopeter. Capitec did pay my money back even though no one contacted me to say sorry and explain what had happened so that next time we could be aware of such things. Thank you Hellopeter if it wasnt for you i wouldn't have had my money back imagine R2000 gone just like that.
