Fed up with Capitec!

I am extremely fed up with capitec Bank, two days ago my 3 days ago my account was frozen could not access my funds due to some ********** activity which I am not aware of. I did what was required got affidavit from police station then when to capitec branch for further assistance, they contacted forensics department final I could access my account and debit orders could deduct this was such an inconvenience firstly. I was then contacted by a lady at capitec complains department to find out if the situation had been sorted so I thought. Last night yet again no communications what so ever my account has been frozen I can't do anything, now I'm at capitec branch in the que, I haven't slept cause have bee. Working night shift I want this sorted out! In fact I don't want to bank with such a bank!!!
