i went to capitec to with draw R250 that i sent myself, receipt showed R250 and only took out R100. I called customer service and they said they investigating till date and that was on the14the September, and what irritates me is not the first time the other day i did R200 cash send and no money got out but received withdrawal notification of that R200 i called and they said they'll look into it days later it was back to my acc. Capitec need to sort this out or ill take further steps
