Fantastic service and rates

<p>I moved my accounts from my previous bank that promises it's customers that it will "Make things happen". The only thing that they made happen was to empty my bank account due to the exhobitant bank charges. I opened an account with Capitec at the end of 2015 and I have had nothing but professional, polite and awesome service from Capitec since then. My branch is the Blue Route Branch of Tokai, Cape Town and each and every consultant there is efficient, friendly and go out of their way to assist you with your query. In particular, I would like to mention Thandi who was really knowledgable and efficient when I had a query yesterday. You made my day, Sir.</p> <p> </p> <p>The banking app on my phone is user friendly and makes the paying of bills quick, easy and it is reliable. The bank charges are literally a fraction of what my previous bank charged. When a colleague of mine mentioned that she was thinking of opening an account with my previous bank, I advised her to consider Capitec as she would only experience over the top charges with the other bank. Hopefully she heeded my advice and is also now set up to enjoy a great relationship with Capitec.</p> <p> </p> <p>Looking forward to a long and mutually happy relationship with Capitec Bank.</p>
