False Promises from Capitec Bank

On the 16 of April 2020 I got SMS from Capitec Bank since I have loan with them, giving me an option to opt yes or no for payment break of 3 month due to corona virus, I opt for yes to payment break, to my surprise they debited the money. At the same time I cannot ask tenants to pay rent, and when I call them I cannot be helped or get to collection department that they transfer me to.
