FALSE JUDGEMENT ON MY NAME

I went to another bank to get a student loan,to my surprise I was told I cannot get the loan because I have a loan of over R309 000 with Capitec that I took 2016 which is increasing my monthly spending .On request of the credit/payment profile ,of the R309 000 that I supposedly took Oct 2016 I still have a balance of over R56 000 with an instalment of over R7200 and in arrears of over R2000 . I then went to Capitec branch .On their system there is no record of me having that loan.Secondly ,I was also told that Capitec never gives a loan over R250 000 .I was then told to go back to the bank that gave me that information so that I can get where they got that info from .So I decided to e-mail back to that bank and did not get the straight answer as to which credut bureau had that info.Stressed as I was ,I went home.Could not sleep.The next day I decided to call all 4 Credit Bureaus in SA and non of them had the info on their system .I was confused,I called Capitec to find out whats going on and they gave me the same answer I had yesterday when I went to the branch .

What I want to know ,who puts people on Credit Bureau?Is it not the bank whom you owe?So I need an explanation because this has a bad reflection on my name .I never made a loan of that amount with Capitec .Secondly ,who is paying for this debt under my name?Sonething is fishy about this.I havent had any answers yet about this .If this is not resolved speedily,I am going to report this to Oumboudsman honestly.This has caused me so much stress and pain for something I do not know .
