FALSE INFORMATION REFLECTED ON MY ACCOUT

I had a loan account with Capitec on which I defaulted as my contract ended, it was taken to the lawyers regardless of me telling them that I was not working, I got employed and made an arrangement to pay them monthly to settle the account, to my dismay when I app**** to buy a car it reflected negatively on me as if I have an instalment of 4078 with a balance of 2150, which is not a true reflection of the agreement I made with them. I need someone to help sort this mishap as it is affecting me negatively.
