False credit rating due to Capitec negligence!!!
I had a credit card with Capitec bank to which I have repaid in full and requested for it's closure and paid up letter since early February 2022. Even through I have sent numerous emails and called the bank on a number of occasions. The account remains as active and in areas in my credit score; regardless of the fact that I have since paid up the account and requested for it's closure. Besides the automated response of acknowledge of reciepiance of my emails there has not been any crosspondence .
