False capitec debit order ********.

I have been a part of capitec bank for quite some time without any issues. All of a sudden there is a debit order taken out of my account for no reason about a loan they have stated. I have never taken a loan from capitec but it states a loan. From tomorrow I will no longer be a part of capitec bank and will want my money back as its ********.
