False adverti*****t Capitec Business Bank

Capitec Business advertises that you must switch to your account and apply for an instant overdraft to help with cash flow or funds when needed. The facility document that you sign once the overdraft has been approved states that once you sign the document the overdraft facility comes available. we did it all and no overdraft, once we enquired about this, we were first told Capitec wants to see that this is our main account and that there are transactions happening. This was also done still no overdraft. We enquired again we were then told we now need to have almost a whole year's turnover go into the account before the overdraft comes into action. Th9s is ridiculous, we app****, sent in proof of 6 months bank statements switched to Capitec was granted the overdraft, it should immediately come into work especially after signing a binding agreement. Please can someone from Capitec business explain to me the proses.
