FALS INFORMATION AND HOPE

Beginning of January 2018 my hubby app**** for a loan, Was approved to the last step, but because it's a new account and his salary was not deposited into his account for 3 consecutive months we had to wait for Jan's salary to reflect. We were advised that all we have to do is to bring the Jan payslip as soon as the salary was deposited. What a extremely let down, embarrassment, humiliation experience. After pay day we returned to sign the loan agreement only to find out that the loan now as declined. This has put us in a major difficult situation, I will not believe in a matter of 2 and a half weeks that things could change. This is totally unacceptable, as we binded our self's to thing that we cannot now pay for.

Thank you Nwabisa for taking a few minutes out of your busy schedule to contact us, however.... please note that an apology on behalf of Capitec is not going to pay my builders, or my Tilers, nor my Kitchen installers. Unfortunately I will not accept you’re on behalf of Capitec's apologies. Please stop passing the buck here. When ask to speak to a superior that can make ultimatum decisions we kept on hearing... all is in meetings. This is making thing only worse. I need a solution to this so called mistake on behalf of Capitec NOT an apology.

Nwabisa Tom how dare you accuse us of lying when you did not get both parties together NOR DO YOU KNOW THE FULL STORY... I will in my personal capacity take you to court for defamation of character. I will also take this matter to the Ombudsman for Banking Services. I will close my account with Immediate effect with Capitec Bank. To think that I have left my bank that I've banked with for nearly 30 years for something disaster's like Capitec. IT'S A SHAME.
