Failure to update loan payments at credit bureau

In 2015 I took out two loans. I paid up those loans in the contract time. Never missed a payment either. More than 2 years later none of those payments were updated and it still reflects a negative on my report. I am now a bad payer thanks to Capitec who for more than 2 years can't update my profile at the credit bureau. I need this matter resolved as soon as possible. I have done my part in making sure that Capitec received all the money they loaned me. Now I need them to do their job and update my profile 2 years later, because things have come to a standstill in my live thanks to Capitec and FNB.
