Failure to render service as indicated on Capitec app: Renewal of Vehicle license

I paid for the renewal of my vehicle license on the Capitec app on 2025-09-18. After 4 visits to the bank and 2 emails to the complaints department I have not received my vehicle renewal disc. My vehicle license disc already expired on the 30 September 2025 and the 21 day extension date will be expiring on the 21 October 2025.
