Failure to follow Fica regulation, Committing crimes without any remorse

Capitec bank is a ******* institution that does not care about their customers well being. Granting loans via telephone without y any true identity verified and also going against all Fica regulations that results in loyal clients being affected negatively by being listed on Itc with a negative and bad credit rating due to negligence and stupidity by granting loans to wrong people. After investigations the recordings are by some miracle now ******* and can't be used or listened to. They have now written off the R 65 000 loan but still reflects on my name and is a direct result on my ITC reports the Cause of me being unable to obtain any financial assistance for car finance,and secondly I am even unable to apply for a loan from capitec themselves as after the loan was written off The system says I have outstanding accounts that has been handed over. Been almost 2 months and no answers no details that I requested for legal advice regarding the recordings or any form of documentation has been provided. They have Simply faded into the shadows and nothing is being resolved. All e mails and the little communication there is has been handed over for review for additional legal assistance. Ncr and Ombudsman has also been notified of the situation and will now follow the route of social media as I am not getting answers from *******, but I am almost certain that if a client skips 1 repayment they sure as hell know how to use a phone then. When it suits them. Own up and fix your mistakes, and stop *****ing from your customers. That how you destroy peoples lives to Benefit your own pockets. A disgrace!!!!!!
