Failure to dispense money

The ATM never dispensed my money, when the money was about to be dispensed load-shedding occurred at that exact moment. I waited for the machine to reboot, nothing... so because of the situation I withdrew my last funds to fill up my petrol tank. When I reported this to Capitec I was told it would take 30 days to resolve... its ridiculous! THIRTY DAYS TO INVESTIGATE? HOW COMPLEX IS IT TO PHONE THE GARAGE IN QUESTION ASK THEM TO VIEW SECURITY FOOTAGE ETC... I even left my details with the staff as they were witness to what happened... what do we eat now? The garage where I did the withdrawal is Engen 1 stop N1 Mosselbay.
