Failure to comply with the prescription act, act 68 of 1969 and the national credit act, act 34 0f 2005

Capitec Bank is not complying with the Prescription Act ,Act 68 of 1969 and the National Credit Act , Act 34 of 2005 by keeping a negative list on their system for debt that is prescribed in terms the act and is uninterrupted for a period of over 12 year four times more the prescribed period of three years, which is unfair to the clients as it affects them negatively. i am one of those clients ,all the internal communications that i have followed did not yield any results without a legal or valid response from them.
