failure on retrenchement policy on loan and bad services

Hi

I have been experiencing a terrible service from capitec. I made a loan in 2015 i paid it every month, never due. 6 months after i received a notice from my employer stating i was going to be retrenched and that he had no alternative employment for me.

I immediately informed the bank, they said i must bring my documents as soon as i get the retrenched the following month. I did so the next following month only for them to tell ne that the documents provided are invalid that i need to bring them the UI19 form. So I did as they asked went to my employer and requested this specific document.

only for him to say that he never deducted UIF and i asked him how am I going to get this loan off from me. I then went back to the bank explaining to them why i cant provide this document and the person on the phone at the branch told me that i was busy some *****al **** and that I'm just trying to not pay the loan anymore. I felt so insulted honestly.

So i spoke to the branch manager and said that I will go to CCMA and try to resolve this as soon as possible. They agreed I went won the case and asked for my UI19 form and he told the arbitrator he is bankedrupt has no money and is indept. So he couldn't provide me with the document. The arbitrator said that this is a legal court and than asked me why i need this document so bad and i explained to him and he said that with the proof that you were here and that the outcome was successful that signature of your employer n two others as witnesses and also his is on there stating that i dont work for the employer and also proof of termination letter signed by the company he was subcontracted at and also a formal letter from him personally by his company this proofs that the employer can no longer sustain to keep us and that we are unemployed its not like the bank is going to us my UIF to pay for the loan they need proof and thats proof enough.

Those documents are legal and can be submitted at the bank so i brought it back to the bank they accepted it i also explained to them many south africans lose their jobs not knowing until the day they lost their jobs that their employer was not deducting any UIF or invading taxes how will the bank support and accommodate their loyal paying customers like that and they understood because i had a good point. After i was waiting for a few months for any responses from them and than i didnt hear from them ever since.

I received an email that i have have been handed over to nimble debt collecting services and i got so mad i called this debt collecting service and explained to them and they advise me to go back to the bank and so i did.

After that they said they did submitted the documents and yet to wait for responses from head office. Than i got so frustrated after another few months this debt collecting service was persistent and i went back to them they submitted again because head office said they never got any documents from the branch so the manager of that branch kept the documents and reprinted a screen shot of proof that before he went on leave he submitted the documents and again now today i got called by an attorney and before they even tried to explain what i must pay i told them this was the last time any of you guys threaten me i will hand this case over to an ombudsman becausr i did gave a formal complaint all you did was laid a complaint and fired the person who insulted me over the phone anf thats all they didnt do anything else to resolve the issue with my loan so honestly I'm tired very tired of this bad service and that they can't resolve this matter what do they think that all of their clients are dull n dont know much

if anyone out there can help me with this the bank or whatever i would really be thankful n grateful.

thanks!
