Failing to Access My funds
I've been with Capitec for years, and recently I haven't been able to access my funds. When I get to the Atm and insert my card I'm available to see my balance but when I try to withdraw it decline. I haven't been able to receive any assistance from the branch and I'm definitely not HAPPY. The last time I recieved money was last month and I'm just confused as to what could be the problem I'm very disappointed honestly

16 Sept 2025, 09:35I hardly get time to go to the ATM and when I did my I never got the help I was looking for. I still can't access it even now.
