FAILED TO REPORT *****
I have been trying to phone Capitec for the past 24 hours since ****ers claiming to be part of Capitec finance department and tried to steel money from my Mother of 75 years. CAPITEC CANT EVEN PHONE YOU OR PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN YOU NEED TO REPORT *****. This is serious, and you cant get hold of them.

29 Feb 2024, 14:49So by the time you get back to me, my account would be hacked and emptied, because Capitec cant attend to this matter immediately. this is not Proffesional and clearly not urgent if it will take another 24 hours to get back to us. this is why people move to FNB.
