Failed to assist with a fruadulent / crime transaction

I was help at gun point and forced to make a payment to someone who was supposed to give me something. Deal gone bad real quick after he held me at gun point and forced me to make payment to FNB account. Capitec closed the case due to not getting in contact with me. Although I did speak to them and send them all the details and information they needed. Went back to a branch all they told me is the guy withdrew all the money and cant help me.
