FAILED ONLINE SHOPPING PAYMENT

I have been trying to pay for a UK Visa application and they want me to put my bank card details in. I used my Capitec card and it said I need a 10 digit activation code. I then put that in and it would not work. I phoned Capitec and was told to go to a branch to get another 10 digit code. I did this (having to take pepper spray as Pinetown is a crime stronghold) and got the 10 digit code smsed to me during the night. I then tried to use this and it still wouldn't work and phoned again and was told I had to wait another 24 hours and then create a secure code using the 10 digit activation code. I did this the next day. I then tried to pay the UK Visa people using the new secure code I had created . It still won't pay for the Visa. I called Capitec and they told me I must call the UK government as it is their fault. One can't just call the UK government. That too requires a transfer of funds which Capitec seem unable to do. What do I do now? Can Capitec help me?
