Fail to give feedback

I was pleasantly surprised by the consultants quick follow up and courteous demeanor. Only, to be calling and emailing for results on my loan application for days. Despite numerous emails and calls to speak to the consultant who assist me no answer. When i finally got an answer from a consultant, they had closed the application without informing me the result. Really disappointing service...really you could not just respond to my mail or pick up the phone to give the outcome???
