Face verification

Hi

The complaint I have is that my app cannot verify me on a selfie.

So the face verification is not working.

I have this issue now for the past year and there's I nobody that can help.

Chatted on whatsapp and called the call centre they asked to go to the branch because that's the only place I can get assistance.

Went to the branch and they can't help. Made me update the app,deleted the app and put it back,took out new pictures for my profile and still didn't work.

They then called the call center and logged a fault the call center asked for the branch to email them a picture so that they can update on they system this was three weeks ago I phone today and I'm still in the same situation the fault hasn't been resolved and they don't have any news for me.

I got no options left as I can't make payment and can't do internet banking because I need to take a selfie😡
