I took a loan from them, and when i got debt consolidation the loan was paid in full on 17 September but was R0.27 short, today on the 19 September when i transferred the R0.27 it refreshed and said that i owe them R666, when i contacted them they said it's interest and that the loan wasn't settled but it is not what the statement said i have to schedule a loan settlement, since when can you charge someone interest 3 days after they settled a loan
