My question to capitec it, how in the hell got the ****mers got hold of my account details... I never gave it to them and also my cellphone number. They said that they did the investigation, but never said what they did to protect me. i really feel unsafe to bank with capitec. I got an sms, wattsapp, telephone call and an email that they are not willing to give me my money back. It is a sign that they does not care and want to through salt in my wounds. I think it is very bad taste. They also mentioned that they will never call me from a cellphone number, but there wattsapp number is a cellphone number.
