Extremely unhappy capitec user {SASSA}

Capitec bank isnt as good as media platforms suggest. He contacted the loan company whom dismissed him and he tried the bank again, at the time of writing this he still got nowhere, in summary : He was charged up to R245 for bank fees He borrowed R500 [repayment R650 but R998 has been deducted] Gets no benefit from his "bank" due to the bank fees nor do they rectify any problem. The loan company surely do what ever they feel like

To most, the difference between 650 and 998 can be evened out by the 10% buffer you add to a monthly budget, however a R1750 payment from sassa is surely a hard one, then you get ignored by the same bank who is eagerly waiting to grab more of your only source of income.
