Extremely terrible the service is heartbreaking poor from Head office contact centre

My account was put on Hold from 2015 to date however it is open for Money to be Deposited but cant be withdrawn, my Husband transferred money into that account in April now it's June I've been taken from pillar to post just to get the money to be recalled back to my Husband account
