Extremely Poor Service Capitec Bank Adderley Street

Very poor service . I logged cash dispute on the 18 but issue was never resolved. Extremely poor service from Capitec and its Agents at adderly street branch. Very useless people Who not even able to help me with my money. Capitec service is very poor they ***** people money. I am very dissatisfied with their service . I would not recomment anyone to use this useless bank that benefit from the poor people. I an suffering they dont even tell you a proper timeframe, The complaints department is useless. They dont make follow ups very useless. I will stop using this bank, utterly poor service when it comes to handling cash deposit disputes. Im starting to regret the date I joined this bank. I will escalate this until these ******* payback my money..
