Extremely Poor Service.

I had my Capitec debit Card cloned and used for ********** purchases on line to a company based in Es*** UK. The first purchase was for R48.18 from a company called Squadtap.com on the 18th of June 2022. I did not receive a notification from Capitec that there was an international purchase, but I had to pay and International Processing fee of R1.00. Then on the 23rd June 2022 there was a Recurring Card Purchase for to the same company, this time for R160.47 and again I had to pay the R1.00 International Processing fee. I received a notification of a transaction to the value of R160.47 at a cost of R0.25 for a SMS Notification fee. As we were away on a short holiday I was unable to follow up or check on my account. On the 7th July 2022 there was another transaction to the same company, this time for R168.44 and again I had to pay the R1.00 International Processing fee. Then on the 21st July 2022 I received an SMS that there was an attempted transaction of R171.83, This time I had to pay R3.00 as there was insufficient funds in my account, then again on the 23rd July an attempted transaction of R170.99, and again a R3.00 International Online Purchase Insufficient Funds Fee, this happened again on 25th July 2022 for the amount of R165.86 plus a R3.00 International Online Purchase Insufficient Funds fee. On the 23rd July I was in a position to be able to contact the bank. I also received an SMS that is when I then called the ***** help line ***, the agent took 5 minutes to answer the call. I was informed that the only way to stop these transactions was to cancel my card. I told the young lady to cancel the card, I was then informed that I can go to the closest Branch to obtain a new card at the cost of R70. I asked why must I pay for a new card when I am not at fault, I also requested that a Senior Manager call me on Monday 25th July 2022 for me to put my case forward as to why I feel I should not have to pay for the replacement card. She did not cancel my card. The total time for this call was 19 minutes 18 seconds. Needles to say there was no phone call from Capitec. On the 25th July at +/- 14:00 I called the ***** Line again after getting an SMS about another attempt at a transaction. The agent took 5 minutes to answer the call. I explained the situation and was then informed that the card had not been cancelled, I instructed the agent to cancel the card. Again I was informed that the cost of replacement would be R70. I object to paying this as I was not at fault. I was also informed that the Bank would have to escalate this to higher management for a resolution and that they would have to investigate the ********** transactions. I am not being unreasonable expect to have the money repaid that was paid out, i.e. R48.18 + R160.47+ R168.44 and a reversal of all the International fees, i.e. 3 x R1.00 + 3x R3.00 and the replacement of my card at NO COST to me. I have received no money into my account, no phone call or email. No communication what so ever.
