So upset preparing for my grandmother's funeral all i wanted was t get hard cash and pay the undertaker but the lady at the entrance of the capitec bank which is outside the mall next to homechoice didnt help couldnt help, didnt want to help all she said was we can get R10000 pet day . Even after i mentioned that the payment beeds to go through by the end of business day today . She shkwed no remorse and couldnt be bother . Can Maponya mall just close cause all the shops and banks there have very rude Staff as if we not using our hard earned money and as for that lady sge is always always rude . Just becausr we black it doesnt nean we deserve just treatment we all need to be respected whether black or white poor or not we all are people im very disappointed even feel changing banks
