Extremely Bad Service

I have been banking with Capitec for years and recently an unauthorised online purchase for over R4000 was made on my account. They were unable to assist me so I blocked my card so this doesn't happen again. However, today over R900 is missing out of my account and no one has assisted me. Instead they transfer me and end the call. I then called again but still no help. This is by far the worst bank. Your money is not safe with Capitec Bank!
