I entered into 3 arrangements with the bank regarding my repayments. I mentioned to the consultant that I was looking at making a capital injection into my loan account in order to reduce the balance, and therefore reduce my loan instalments or shorten my loan term. The consultant then advises me that they cannot give me the options that would be available, as I had not made the payment into my loan account yet, but the bank is quick to tell you what your loan instalments etc. would be before you even take the loan out, which is utter *******! Anyway, the consultant advises me that they would only be able to explain to me once I've made the payment, what my options would be.

So I make the payment into the account, and now when I call the bank to renegotiate my loan instalment or renegotiate my term, you are guys are telling me that nothing can be done because I've already been on 3 arrangements???????? What???????? Every time I call different people are telling me the same thing? Consultants are telling me they don't know why I was advised to make the payment first before options become available, as if that is now my problem???????? I can't seem to fathom why the bank would advise me to make the payment so my options can become available, and then when I make the payment, and then when I make the payment, you guys tell me this nonsense?

You guys need to figure out a way to get me an option, and you need to do it very soon! I'm trying to get out of this loan and settle it as quickly as I can, yet the bank is trying to keep me in it???? Please, I expect something to be done about this urgently.
