Extremely angry Capitec client

I am disgusted at what has been done to me by Capitec. I have two 48 month loans with them and only have 10 months to go. Upon my attempt to utilize another credit facility I was informed that I have been listed at Experian credit bureau and that my account is in arrears. I've never skipped a month and was/am furious. I immediately went to their branch in Ottery after being turned away at 16:57 by their Kenilworth centre branch which only closes at 17:00. I was assisted by a friendly consultant and printed a 3 months statement, my account proved to be up to date and was/is in excellent status. This is really embarrassing as I aim to conduct my accounts well ALL THE TIME. I called Experian again and they were very blunt telling me that they have received instructions from Capitec to list me. I logged a complaint with Capitec and am still awaiting a response. This is really bad business practice especially for a financial institution. I have a business venture which I now can not continue because of this. Everyone I've spoken to to date can not understand what went wrong when viewing my account which is debited first from my account each month. I will be going to the Ombudsman and will be taking legal action as they have deformed my character and this is not taken lightly and will not pass with a "We're sorry......" This is real people they're working with and not just numbers. How do you incorrectly list someone who's been paying on time without fail for 38 months? I will NEVER use their services again EVER!!!!!
