Extreme Poor Service!!

Hi

I just want to say that I think the way Capitec treats their customers is very poor.

Recently I experienced an issue where Capitec takes double payments for loans and credit, and when you reach out for assistance, they basically outright refuse to help you and refund the double payments.

I phoned Capitec multiple times, emailed the relevant departments I was advised to do, it's been a week now and I still no help from Capitec.

Please be careful when considering credit or policies with Capitec as the after service is shocking!!

Because of this poor service and greed, I don't have enough for living expenses for the month.
