Extraordinary Service

Bad service seems to be the norm these days, that when I receive great service it makes me feel special. I went into the branch to get my stop order date to be changed. And my first experience at another branch was not great. When all I wanted was too change my salary date I was made to feel as if I was submitted an application for a loan. Lebogang Moloto (Branch manager) gave herself and her branch a good name from me. She went the extra mile to ensure that I left there with a smile on my face. She is definitely what is needed in a manager. I certainly hope that her positive attitude and great leadership skills will filter through to her team.
