Extra deduction on my loan repayment was reimburst within 2 days. 👌👌

Good day everyone. Check my stars. I wrote a review, lodge a complaint, on 22/12/2024 where as my 60months Capitec loan of R250 000 was extended with (3) three months. Without consjltation or any reason.

On the 23th of December, the following day, i was contacted by a consultant from the bank stating he personally is working and look into my case. And on 24th if December, only 2 days after lodging complaint on Hellopeter i was reimbursed with 1 month's debit oder back to my account.

I can really say that Capitec came through for me. And im happy with the ourcome. Mr van der Ross. Thank you very much my man. You kept me posted on everything perfaining this case of mine. The 2 months was written off and i recieve my money of R6677 back into my acc. in only 2 days.
