Extra charges on a balance of 0.45c

I had a loan with Capitec which was paid up on 13 December 2016. On 14 December 2016, I was charged interest for the same loan that was paid up. On 15 October and 15 November 2017, Capitec deducted an amount of RI78.00 and R2115 respectively from my account without informing me. I must say that in between the time the loan was paid up and the Debit dates, Capitec did not inform me of this balance. Today, 0.45c have become about R2200.00. The lady (Lizette) who was trying to help me did not help to my satisfaction at all. The bank cannot even provide me with the statement. I was informed in writing that even though paid, the loan kept on adding interests on 0.45. How possible is this? Capitec is ripping me off in broad daylight. Capitec's *********** has now become my punishment.
