Extended loan term due to credit insurance being increased

I've sent numeous emails regarding a notification I got about my loan term being extended due to an increase on credit life insurance. I have a standing signed credit agreement, signed last year October for a term of 36months. I've also asked you to provide reasons why the credit life increase is going to be increased? I have paid my premiums timeously and I need a reason as to why the credit insurance is being increased? Please send me the original credit agreement signed September/October 2019?
